Cetin Must
Cetin Must has been a licensed premises contributor since early 2000’s. Having worked across most sectors in hospitality ranging from Food & Beverage, Marketing and Venue Management including working with Major Events and Venues (Australian Open, Crown Resorts and others). He’s experience is well diverse and most importantly he has a pragmatic approach to the industry.
Cetin has worked with a variety of Government agencies in the space of consultancy and training including having coordinated the VCGLR Safer Bars training project which involved working with the highest risk based venues across the state that came under “advertise notice” by the authorities due to a nature of serious or prolonged history Incidents that had occurred at licensed venues. In addition, Cetin frequently instructs people who are seeking to become qualified licensees in Victoria.
Cetin holds a Diploma of Business (Marketing) & Diploma of Security & Risk Management. He has worked in Melbourne, New South Wales and Queensland assisting people develop best practice for their organisations.
Lindsay Forbes
Lindsay served 10 years with Victoria Police, having attained the rank of Sergeant. He has serviced suburban stations including the Victoria Police academy before leaving in 2014.
He then followed his childhood dream to become a fire-fighter and joined the Country Fire Authority. As a fire-fighter Lindsay is frequently involved in emergency situations such as structure and other fires, motor vehicle collisions, EMR attendance for cardiac arrests and breathing difficulties including various types of rescues.
Lindsay is a Consultant and delivers training and assists with other projects as required. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement), Bachelor of Teaching and Diploma of Safety (Policing).
Scott Elcher
Scott has worked in the security industry for over 10 years. He has worked with a variety establishments including the commonwealth games, corporate security banking, private licensed premises and at Crown Resorts and continues to do so.
He is very passionate about security training and frequently performs as a training consultant on a variety of projects including; training of casino security officers with a focus on defensive tactics, negotiation, security and licensing legislation. He also deliver the security training packages to people who are seeking to obtain their Crowd Control licences.
Scott practices Brazilian and Traditional Jiu Jitsu and is a licensed Security Guard, Crowd Controller and Bodyguard through Licensing Services Division (Victoria Police).He holds a certificate IV in Training and Education, certificate IV in Security and Risk Management and certificate IV in correctional practice.
