Cetin Must has been in the licensed premises industry for a good part of 20 years. Having worked in sectors of Casino environments, Venue management, liquor, gaming, security, and marketing across Victorian, New South Wales and Queensland jurisdictions, Cetin has a deep insight and a holistic understanding of licensed premises operations.
Cetin has worked with a diverse portfolio, mixed-use and some of the most iconic and highest-risk licensed premises and events in the state including; Marvel Stadium with the Australian Football League, Crown Resorts Melbourne, Australian Open, other major music and food festivals at the Royal Melbourne showgrounds and hotels and prominent late-night bars and clubs. He understands firsthand challenges and emerging issues industries are confronted with therefore has a pragmatic approach to working with clients. He has contracted to state government organisations in education and training providing delivery to industry on liquor and gaming.
He is an accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol, support Advanced RSA, New Entrant and Responsible Service of Gaming facilitator in Victoria and has appeared before the Victorian Commission Gambling and Liquor Regulation as an expert witness. Cetin holds a postgraduate degree in Leadership from Deakin University, a Diploma of Security & Risk Management, and a Diploma of Business Marketing.
Lindsay served 10 years with Victoria Police, having attained the rank of Sergeant before leaving in 2014. He then followed his childhood dream to become a fire-fighter and joined the Country Fire Authority. As a fire-fighter Lindsay is frequently involved in an emergency such as structure and other fires, motor vehicle collisions, EMR attendance for cardiac arrests and breathing difficulties and other various types of rescues.
Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement), Bachelor of Teaching and Diploma of Safety (Policing) and Diploma of Training & Education. Lindsay is a Consultant and delivers training and assists with other projects as required.
Scott has worked in the security industry for over 15 years. He has worked with a variety of establishments including the commonwealth games, corporate security banking, Crown Resorts, the Victorian state government hotel quarantine program, and other private licensed premises. He is passionate about security training and frequently performs as a training consultant on a variety of projects. He delivers the security training packages to people who are seeking to obtain their Crowd Control licenses.
Scott practices Brazilian and Traditional Jiu Jitsu and is a licensed Security Guard, Crowd Controller and Bodyguard in Victoria. He holds a certificate IV in Training and Education, Certificate IV in Security and Risk Management and Certificate IV in correctional practice.
